Chef's Competition Is On In Evansville!
Premier Marketing Services, Wellness Communications and Casino Aztar are sponsoring Steel Cook 2012: the Tri-State area's Chef's Showdown! February 19th from 5pm to 9pm at the Casino Aztar Executive Conference Center, Evansville area chefs will square off in a cooking competition much like those we have grown to love on television networks like Food Network. Eight teams will battle in two heats to determine who is Evansville's Top Chef! The teams are drawn from local restaurants including: Lorenzos, Cafe Arazi, Acropolis, Zuki, Kanpai, Cavanagh's and last year's winner Riverview by Firefly. The dishes are judged on Taste, Presentation, and use of the Secret Ingredient. Local judges determine who will emerge victorious as the King or Queen of Evansville Cuisine!
In addition to the competition a large selection of food booths from local food vendors and all the restaurants at Casino Aztar will offer an enticing array of delectable appetizers for attendees to choose from.

A Charitable Event Benefiting The Tri-State Food Bank!
A major portion of the proceeds will raise money to support The Tri-State Food Bank. Representatives from Tri-State Food Bank will be on hand to share more about their organization and mission.
